Professional looks for young women don't have to be stuffy and too mature. For this outfit, I took the traditional 3 piece work look for a woman (jacket, trousers/skirt, and blouse) and amped it up a bit. I started with the traditional black trousers, but these ones were unique because they had this great golf embroidered pattern on them. As for the jacket I decided to use a leather jacket because it looks a bit edgier and fun than a classic blazer, yet still looks sophisticated. A silky blouse is a great piece for the work environment, but it doesn't just have to be a solid color, so I chose a leopard pattern blouse that I tucked in to the pants. Stilettos or heels of some sort are a major must, but while these stilettos are solid black, they have spikes and have mixed materials of suede and faux crocodile skin. My key piece: the statement necklace, completes the outfit with complementing colors and a little touch of color from this cobalt blue handbag adds another interesting touch. Let me know how you like to dress for work in the comments below.
