As the winter finally becomes the spring ,starting the second official day of spring, I decided that this day called for a fashion forward and edgy look; enter a black shift dress. Boxier style clothing that is very structured with sporty details is an increasingly popular trend within the fashion industry, so a dress like this is a perfect piece to try that trend out. Even though this dress has long sleeves and a high neck, you can make it both spring ready and edgy by changing up your accessories. A gold choker necklace with a bow and buckled sandals with gold studs, as well as an embellished purse add the necessary edge to the look. Just as well, the spring time touches come in from the shoes exposing much of the foot and having a white accent strap. Also, the choker is light and works well with the neckline of the dress. How do you like to style structured pieces, such as this shift dress? Let me know in the comments below!
